Works on the Għargħur Tower
Owing to repair works on the Għargħur Transmitting Tower, all nationwide radio transmissions will be switched over to the reserve antenna on Wednesday 22 August 2018 from 0700 to 1100 and Wednesday, 29th August 2018 from 0700 to 1300. These works will be carried out weather permitting.
As a result, transmission power will be reduced for safety reasons and listeners may experience poorer reception on their radio receivers.
The Broadcasting Authority apologises for any inconvenience.
