Notification of changes to the Broadcasting Authority’s Audience Assessment
During the past few years, the Broadcasting Authority has received a number of suggestions from television and radio stations as well as from producers of programmes, on the audience survey that the Authority has been conducting and publishing for several years.
The Authority felt that it is time to review the survey and in fact in recent weeks had been discussing internally what reforms could be made to bring this change. As a result, the October/November audience survey will not be held this year.
Instead, a slightly different survey will be conducted for the month of December 2020. Its report will be published during the second half of January 2021.
