Amendment to Subsidiary Legislation on Family Viewing
Consultation Document

 

Following the publication of the new classification system for cinematographic works by the Malta Arts Council, the Broadcasting Authority is undertaking a review of the existing legislation governing family viewing (and listening) on broadcasting stations and will be making recommendations for amendments to the current provisions.

To this effect, the Authority is conducting a consultation exercise and is calling on all interested stakeholders to submit their feedback on the matter.  The consultation document is attached to this circular.
